Why we exist

Many good businesses run on a handful of spreadsheets, a group chat and one person who knows how everything fits together. That works until the business grows. Then the reports arrive late, the numbers stop matching and the person who holds it together can't take a day off.

Big software platforms promise to fix this, but they're often expensive, slow to roll out and built for companies ten times the size. We think most teams need something smaller: the tools they already use, connected properly, with the repetitive work taken off their hands.

Mission and vision

Mission: to give growing businesses reliable numbers and fewer manual steps, using systems they own and understand.

Vision: a studio known for practical software that keeps working long after handover, serving clients from Manila to anywhere with an internet connection.

How we work

• Problem first. We start from what takes too long or keeps going wrong, not from a technology we want to sell.
• Smallest useful version. We automate the step that saves the most time first, prove it works with your real data, then expand.
• Written down. Scope, fees, decisions and documentation are in writing so nothing depends on memory, including ours.
• Built to hand over. Everything lives in your accounts with documentation your team can follow.
• Founder-led. You work directly with the person who designs and builds your system, not a chain of account managers.

Values

• Honest scoping. If something isn't worth automating, or a cheaper off-the-shelf tool would do, we'll tell you.
• Reliability over novelty. A boring system that runs every Monday beats a clever one that breaks.
• Respect for data. Minimum access, careful handling and clear deletion when work ends.
• No fake proof. Our demos are clearly labelled. Client work will only appear here with written permission.
