Optional, for systems we built. Pay monthly, or once a year and get two months free. Each plan includes a fixed number of hours; unused hours don't roll over. Any single request over 2 hours, or anything that changes what the system does, is new development and quoted separately.

What's covered, and what isn't

Four different things often get lumped together as "support". Here's how we separate them, so nobody is surprised by an invoice.

Maintenance	Fixing defects in something we built, and keeping it running when a connected tool changes.	Free for 90 days after handover, then covered by a care plan or the hour bank.
Hosting and tools	Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, databases, domains and other subscriptions.	Held in your name and paid by you at cost. Most projects need no new paid tools.
Support	Questions, how-to help and checking whether something is working as designed.	Included in care plans, during Philippine business hours. No 24/7 coverage.
New development	New reports, features, integrations or changes in what the system should do.	Any single request over 2 hours, or anything that changes what the system does. Quoted separately or taken from your hour bank.

How payment works

Small jobs: paid upfront

The Automation Diagnostic and Quick automations are paid in full before work starts.

Builds: 50% to start, 50% before handover

We build in our own test environment and show progress by recorded video. Access, files and ownership move to you once the final payment clears. Larger projects are split into milestones.

Clients in the Philippines

Invoiced in pesos, paid by bank transfer or e-wallet.

Clients outside the Philippines

Invoiced in US dollars, paid through Wise, Payoneer or PayPal. Any transfer fees are shown on the invoice.
