Automation Diagnostic
A short, paid review of how one report or workflow runs today. At the end you know exactly what to automate first, what it will cost and what it won't fix.
What you get
A plan you can act on with us, with someone else, or on your own. It's yours either way.
- Process map. How the report or workflow actually runs today, step by step, including who does what and where the data comes from.
- Data source inventory. Every file, system and chat channel involved, with notes on quality and access.
- Prioritised automation plan. What to automate first, second and not at all, with the reasoning.
- Fixed quote and timeline for the first build, so there are no open-ended hourly estimates.
- Risk notes. Anything that could make automation unreliable, such as inconsistent product codes or missing data, and how to handle it.
- A recorded walkthrough of the plan you can watch any time, plus written answers to your questions. A live call is available if you prefer one.
How it runs
Most diagnostics take one to two weeks. Everything can happen in writing; calls are optional.
- Day 1
Kickoff
We start from your project brief and send a short written questionnaire. Prefer to talk? We can do a 45 minute call instead.
- Days 2 to 7
Review
We go through sample files, screenshots and exports, and send a short list of questions. Sample or anonymised data is fine.
- Days 8 to 10
Plan and walkthrough
You receive the written plan, the fixed quote and a recorded walkthrough. Reply with questions in writing, or book a call.

You need a full ERP replacement, you have no data in digital form yet, or you're looking for someone to do data entry rather than remove it.
What we need from you
A project brief, a few sample files or screenshots, and quick written answers to follow-up questions. View-only access is enough. No calls required.
Confidentiality
We sign your NDA or provide ours, and we delete the sample files you share once the diagnostic is done unless you ask us to keep them.
